🟠 NEW: HOME-EDUCATED CHILDREN’S FITNESS CLASSES 🏋️‍♀️

We’re really excited to be launching a brand-new daytime fitness session at True Fitness, specifically for home-educated children aged 9–16! 🙌

The aim is simple: get kids moving, build confidence and make exercise something they genuinely enjoy.

💪 Strength & conditioning
🏃 Fitness challenges
🎯 Games and team activities
🤝 Partner workouts
🏋️ Learning how to exercise safely
😊 And most importantly… having FUN!

It’s also a great opportunity for home-educated children to train, socialise and build confidence alongside other kids in a friendly, supportive environment.

📍 True Fitness, Solihull
🏋️ Led by S&C Coach Hayley Crackle
