When muscles are tight, muscle fibres become stiff and rigid which limits movement. Due to excessive tone, the muscle remains in a shortened state causing imbalance in the body. Tight muscles can pull posture out of alignment and can constrict blood flow. The problem of muscles tightening up can be reduced with massage.
Massage stimulates blood flow in the muscles, increasing the temperature. An increase in temperature and blood flow allows the muscles to relax.
Tone your muscles, burn fat, learn boxing and have some fun with it ☺️🥊. Sessions involve hitting pads and bags but no class involves hitting an opponent. 😜It is a fun, challenging and safe high intensity workout accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Small group only (up to 8 people at time)

We at OBX are running the Great South run 16/10/2022 there will be around 20/30 of us running and raising money in the name of Alex Hibberd’s Dad, Mark Hibberd who passed away 11/10/2022 for a charity that has helped him and his wife Cheryl for last 6 months after being diagnosed with lung cancer.
Unfortunately Mark passed away recently and Mountbatten has been a huge help to him and his family and they are a small Independant charity who do so much for people in the same position as Mark was.
To keep this charity going it relies solely on fundraising and to give other people who may be in the same position as Mark help. We at OBX feel if we can do that we will. We aren’t asking for big donations but any we will be so grateful.
Mark was the life and would of the party and his name will forever live on!
