To celebrate National Fitness Day 2022 we are holding an OPEN DAY...

That’s right we are opening our doors for the day to try and get as many people as possible taking part in some exercise.

Members, non members, staff, friends, family… everyone is invited to come down and get involved.

This event is taking place across the entire 3d leisure group with the combined aim to get a huge number exercising on this special day.

We will be keeping a tally in club on the day so make sure to be counted!

If you are a non member, or planning on bringing a guest with you, please do give us a call to get booked in.

How to Conquer Fatigue and Low Energy according to expert nutritionalist Keto 4 Menopause...

To address fatigue and low energy, you need to improve your mitochondrial energy production. Mitochondria have a mutually exclusive dual function.
