Sparring session 21 strong! The KO SOUTHCOAST crew is getting prepared for our last interclub of the year! Come do support us on the 13th of October!

Great day at interclub. Always a pleasure visiting the gym as they have a great atmosphere and lovely audience and some amazing coaches and staff.

FIRST SESSION FREE FOR ALL NEWCOMERS🥊

Now that the dust has settled and all the adrenaline has worn off, lets talk about last night!
Yesterday, the KO South Coast warriors fought at the show!

First up, we had our Juniors .izzy and in the junior show. Izzy started off really strong with some great sweeps but got stopped in the later rounds by a very game . Well done to her!

Toby started off strong against a very strong opponent but got hit with a hard knee and got an eight count in round three but fought back hard in rest of the rounds, but the damage had been done. Nonetheless, it was very well done to him for stepping in the ring for the first time for a proper decision fight.

Later on in the main show, we had having an all our war with his opponent! Undoubtedly, this fight was fight of the night with Brad landing a spinning elbow, giving his oppnenent an 8 count in two rounds and winning by unanimous decision!

Then we had up against a really strong opponent, both giving their all. This fight was so close, but Ollie's boxing combinations and that left kick gave him the win through decision by the majority!

Needless to say, we are all really proud of our team for the effort they put. A big up to and for being the best corner team!
