Now that the dust had settled, we would like to thank all the gyms that participated in our interclub and a massive well done to all who competed.

We hosted our first interclub of the year at with 11 gyms competing against each other with more than a hundred competitors and it was a great success as everyone showed a great level of skill and respect for each other.
This year, we organised the interclub in hopes of raising some money for the ones who struggle during these tough times. Our takings from the interclub helped us donate some food to Hamwic Street Kitchen , a charity that provides food and clothing to people who experience Hardship in these tough times.
Our NCS Fit4Life program students not only helped in ensuring the interclub ran smoothly but also volunteered to distribute food in town.
