Just taught the last Yoga class of the year at 🧘🏻♀️
I became a coach there back in January and I’m so happy to have been part of this beautiful, inclusive community through 2022 and have helped its members improve their martial arts practise and general well-being through yoga stretchiness and bliss!

Gentle Grounding Yoga is here!

Hiding from the heat in a hallway!
This was a cooling & relaxing private session today, and also shows you don’t need a lot of space for a private yoga or Pilates session with me at home!
I can tailor yoga and/or Pilates to your specific needs. Perfect if you have a health concern, need to fit your wellness routine into a very packed schedule, or simply prefer a personal programme to get maximum benefits!

Let me take you through some beginner friendly leg, hip and pelvic floor stretches!
It’s common knowledge that a strong pelvic floor is good to have, but did you know? We don’t want our pelvic floor to be TOO tense? We need a strong AND FLEXIBLE pelvic floor, and then the muscle fibres will be supple, bouncy, and well supplied with circulation!
This class will help you with that… and is also great if you experience sciatica, right buttocks or tight hamstrings.

Hello!
Summer is here and so is holiday season!
I would love for you to be able to continue regular exercise over summer, specifically the super beneficial practise of yoga and pilates! Help keep your body toned, aligned and mobilised while the weather is hot and sunny so you can feel good from the inside out!
Our gorgeous room at Brookfied School is perfect for summer classes as it is big and airy. We have lovely sash windows to open and blinds to let in just the right amount of golden evening sunshine!
To make the summer course of classes more accessible, I am introducing a flexible summer payment plan!
Classes will run in the evenings of:
Mondays July 18, 25, Aug 1, 8, 22
Attend one class - £10
Attend two classes - £19 (£9.50 each)
Attend three classes - £27 (£9 each)
Attend four classes - £24 (£8.50 each)
Attend five classes - £40 (£8 each)
You will need to book in advance, and specify which dates you will be attending to allow me to manage class numbers.
I am considering changing the time of the class from 6.30-7.30 to 6-7pm for the next set of classes. Please can you let me know if this time would suit you!

Seated Gate Pose is one of my FAVOURITE yoga poses. You can get a stretch all down your side and even into your outer hip!
I’m planning this week’s yoga classes for David Lloyd and and we are going to be working on hip strength, so this stretch will definitely be included as a welcome reward for the outer hip muscles!
