Thank you for your patience whilst we carried out our essential maintenance updates and cleaning the last two days.

We are pleased to let you know we have completed all on time and will be reopening earlier than anticipated at 4am Wednesday 27th October.

We will look forward to seeing you back in club.

Hello everyone!!! 😊 How are we all? Getting used to be back in our gym? How’s training going? Need a physical metric to help keep track of your goals?

Why not use our FitQuest machine? It will measure your body composition and it even does a fitness test. This would be a great way to keep track and make sure you are going in the right direction 😊
