Sometimes you have to step back which results in a LONG break, loss of motivation and then you wake up one day and decide it's time to take action and that failure isn't failure if you don't give up.
So I'm back, ready to take control, turn up, be consistent and keep myself accountable.
It's a long way ahead but you need to take the first step and then keep going.
Find the motivation, set up goals along the way and be consistent.

Great news!
I am doing "pay as you go" bootcamp sessions until Christmas, Monday 11th Dec and Monday 18th Dec.
A PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) will have to be completed prior to the class so try to arrive a few minutes earlier. This is great for those in need of a bit of motivation, reintroduction to exercise or just in need of "me" time between running the Christmas errands. You will need to bring a yoga/exercise mat. We will have a giggle.

***The new bootcamp at Wickham Community Centre starts again on Monday 8th Jan '24. This will be the regular 10 week course. Spaces are limited and will only be reserved upon payment.
This course is suitable for all fitness levels as individual advice will be given to ensure you work at your own pace.
When life happens and we get too busy, we lose our health and fitness focus and motivation, making it harder to get back to it, especially after a longer break. If that's you, then join us in this upcoming bootcamp. A great way to learn exercises and routines in a friendly environment. You'll get to love it.

Crufts is done but summer is coming!
Fitness Burst Bootcamp is coming to Wickham!
Suitable for all ages and all abilities/fitness levels. Dog related people or not, this course will teach you how to focus on your own needs and how to change habits. Message me for further details.
Spaces are limited and it's on a first come first served basis.

Great news! We are moving the bootcamp in the big studios! That only means more space, less people disturbing and a LOT more equipment available for us to use now!
Next bootcamp starts Tue 23rd JULY. Every Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm for 6 weeks. Payment upon reservation, sales close when all spaces are booked. No bookings available one week before the start date.
This year, myself and a few others I know have allowed the fitness journey to slip a bit (because life happens) but it did bring to light that even the fittest people are in need of motivation from time to time. So, our focus for the coming bootcamp is to lose LOTS of weight, tone up so our arms can look once again defined and we are definitely going to lose the belly and the hips' extra jelly. :-D
