100 REP CHALLENGE!!
Not got long to exercise??
Well here are 4 simple exercises you can do anywhere in 10 minutes... NO EXCUSES!!
1. Press ups (full or on knees)
2. Spotty dogs (jump & legs going forward)
3. Star jumps (jump sideways)
4. Squats
Do 10 reps. of each exercise.
You have 60 seconds to complete this.
Complete 10 sets... 100 REPS!!
Eg. You complete the 4 exercises in 40 seconds means you have 20 seconds rest until you go again..Always go after 60 seconds...
If you start to fall behind, then keep going and see how long it takes you to complete the 10 sets.
If this gets too easy...brilliant!
Then keep going without rest and see how long it takes you to complete 10 sets and record your time.
