First run since September and smashed 2 mins off my time. Really didnβt want to go after minimal sleep. So glad I did, my mood has been lifted π

Another good reason to start exercising. Lockdown has given people time to reflect on their physical well-being, it doesnβt have to mean spending endless hours in the gym on the treadmill. Go for a walk, play team sports (when we can), lift some weights, climb the stairs, get on your bike, dance in the kitchen, the list is endless and so are the benefits.
