Another good reason to start exercising. Lockdown has given people time to reflect on their physical well-being, it doesn’t have to mean spending endless hours in the gym on the treadmill. Go for a walk, play team sports (when we can), lift some weights, climb the stairs, get on your bike, dance in the kitchen, the list is endless and so are the benefits.

Smile on my face (sort of πŸ˜‰) back in the gym after a month losing my training mojo. Lots of life’s little annoyances got in the way and needed to focus my energy on motivating other people. Time to seriously get back to what makes me happy πŸ˜ƒπŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ in Mind and body....... this girl is back!!!

We all know sometimes it’s hard to motivate yourself exercising on your own, especially during lockdown. Train with a group of friends (max 5) outdoors, enjoy the sun and get back to fitness.

It doesn’t always have to be about serious lifting. I like to mix my training up with running and taking classes with friends in a group environment. It keeps me motivated and injects some fun into my workouts.

So however you like to train and whatever your motivation, just keep enjoying how you keep fit and healthy..... it makes working out a whole lot easier!

So proud of my client Collette, who every week puts 100% effort into her training session. Through strength training and a mix of high intensity and boxing circuits she has dropped over 8kg in 8 weeks and lost inches from her body.
But her biggest achievement so far has got to be the positive changes she has made to her diet. Collette admits to be a fussy eater but has been able to introduce 25 new foods to her diet (not all she likes πŸ˜‰), which was a huge step for her, and has cut down on processed foods. A massive well done to you Collette, keep up the good work πŸ€Όβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ€Όβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈx
