Huge thank you to anyone that donated and supported Chris on his 12hr stair challenge on Friday. 📶
In 12 hours he did 🔥
- 67,000 steps
- +700 flights of stairs
- burnt over 4000 calories!
He sets off on his 50 Peaks in 5 Days challenge on Tuesday. There is still time to contribute if you would like to.

GM Chris will be fundraising in the gym this Friday 24th June. From 8am-8pm he will be going up and down the staircase to raise funds and awareness for his upcoming 50 peaks in 5 days challenge. He will also be wearing a 10kg weighted vest!
Next week he will be hitting 50 mountains in 5 days across the UK. If you wish to donate to his charity fundraising, you can find a link on the 50 Peaks in 5 Days page or see him in person.
