Join myself & Matt in Pretty Muddy 2024 to raise money in memory of Chrissie Carroll & Chris Powell.
The 5k inflatable fun run takes place on the 8th of June 2024 at 2pm at Moor Park in Preston.
We are raising money for Cancer Research UK & Autism Initiatives.

TRANSFORMATION🔥👏🏽
Michelle came to me wanting to make a lifestyle change. We created a plan and she turned up week in, week out pushing herself more and more each session.🤩
Michelle is a working mum with a busy life who still was able to make such a huge change because she stayed consistent despite some difficult circumstances being thrown her way during the process.
BUT she continued to push through and hit her goals and look how much progress she has made!🔥
Weight: 162 LBS 👉🏽 133 LBS
Belly: 32 INCH 👉🏽 28 INCH
Hips: 37 INCH 👉🏽 32 INCH
This isn’t the finishing point for Michelle, we are now going to focus on eating more calories to fuel her body for more weight lifting to increase her strength.
HUGE well done for achieving everything you’ve done Michelle!🏋🏽♀️💯🥳
