Southport Half Marathon with Amy✅
Great day! We didn’t set off with a specific time in mind we just wanted to enjoy the race and take in the atmosphere🙌
Amy did end up getting a 7 minute PB in the end though which is amazing considering we didn’t set off with that in mind at all!😎
Well done to everyone who took part in the half marathon and 10k and thanks to everyone cheering the runners on!

This is Toms amazing 6 month progress update on my Hybrid Coaching package 🔥
Much more muscle tone and improved posture ✅
This combines traditional Personal Training and Online Coaching in order to provide the most well rounded approach to achieving your physique goals for the best possible price!
Before training with me Tom had very little training / gym experience and was looking to tone up and build muscle in order to increase his confidence.
Not only is he much more confident with his physique now but his strength has increased massively across the board!
Nutritional awareness was also something Tom wanted to work on to make sure not only is he able to achieve his goals but also maintain long term.
Tom has been training 5x per week (1 with me and 4 on his own) on the programme that I have designed specifically for him.
His dedication and keenness to learn is the reason why he has achieved such fantastic results.
I do have spaces available for both Personal Training and Online Coaching with multiple packages for each so please don’t hesitate to reach out! There’s no pressure to sign up and I don’t hide my prices, all you have to do is ask :)
