Good morning all,
I have had a few text messages asking why I haven’t replied on Facebook messenger. Unfortunately Facebook messenger is not working for my business account it just won’t load.
I have reported the issue so hopefully it will be rectified but I can not give a timeframe in which this will happen it’s something out of my hands.
I am not ignoring anybody and I do still availability for three more people to join me in developing their steps to achieving a healthy balance life style alongside achieving the goals you want to achieve but without giving up all your time.

Client appreciation post, results from online personal coaching with me. Starting weight was 70.2kg, we are now at 62.3kg. That’s a total of 7.9kg lost. Nearly at the target weight and achieving both fat loss and increased fitness. Well done lovely your smashing it! 💪🏻🔥

So proud of one of my clients! Starting weight was 167.3kg down to 163.7 and new weight in this morning of 159! Sooooo proud! 6 weeks of hard work and consistency and no diet restrictions.
