A huge well done to Francine, our Star of the Month for April in our Over 60s Ladies programme.

Francine works incredibly hard every week, stays consistent, and brings such a positive attitude into every session.

She is a real team player, always eager to learn, always willing to give things a go, and she walks in with a smile week after week.

And we have to mention her epic fitness too. Francine is an absolute machine in class and continues to prove what women over 60 are capable of with the right attitude, support and consistency.

Well done Francine, very well deserved.

Tanya absolutely smashed her 6 Week Transformation 👏

In just 6 weeks, she has lost 9 inches from her hips and waist combined.

But what stands out just as much is the way she has approached it.

Tanya brings such great energy to every session, always has a smile on her face, and gives it her all every time she walks through the door.

She has nailed the nutrition, stayed consistent, and the improvement from where she started is amazing.

This is exactly what happens when you commit, follow the plan, and keep showing up.
