Some weeks you'll smash it.
You'll get your workouts done.
Your steps will be high.
You'll have food in the fridge.
You'll cook proper meals.
You'll feel motivated and everything will seem relatively easy.
Other weeks?
You'll be knackered.
Plans will change.
Someone will need you.
Work will be ridiculous.
You'll miss a workout.
Dinner might come out of a packet.
And your 10,000 steps might be closer to 4,000.
**Both weeks are part of consistency.**
Because consistency doesn't mean doing exactly the same thing every single day, regardless of what's happening in your life.
It means learning how to adjust.
Maybe three workouts becomes one.
10,000 steps becomes a 15-minute walk.
Cooking from scratch becomes beans on toast with some extra protein.
Your carefully planned evening becomes sitting on the sofa because you're absolutely bloody exhausted. 😂
You haven't failed.
You're just working with the capacity you have **today**.
The women who make this work long term aren't the ones who never have difficult weeks.
They're the ones who learn:
**Some weeks I can do more.
Some weeks I need to do less.
But I don't have to give up completely.**
That's a skill.
And it's one of the biggest things I want women to learn through NDA Club.
👉 **Save this for a week when “less” feels like it isn't enough.**
And if you want help building habits that can flex around your actual life, **DM me “NDA Club”** and I'll send you the details of my next intake. ❤️
