The Romeera Games are happening on Saturday 10th October, in the morning 🏆💪

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be looking for 25 participants who are up for a morning of fitness, sweat, teamwork, a bit of friendly competition… and a few oldie-goldie games thrown in! 😉🔥

We say friendly competition… but let’s be honest, only one group can win! 😉🏆 So there’s everything to play for!

It’s all about getting involved, having fun and seeing what you’re made of! 💙

🪞 Our mirror is back! 💙

Our gym mirror has now been fixed after being smashed — and we’re so pleased to have it back in place! 🪞✨

We love making our centre a welcoming place with nice equipment, decorations and facilities for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately, we’re seeing more things being damaged or vandalised, including ornaments, artificial plants and our party equipment — with some brand-new items being ripped or broken. 😔

We know accidents happen, but we’d really appreciate everyone helping us look after the things we provide. 💙 Replacing damaged equipment can be costly, and that’s money we’d much rather spend on making the centre even better!

Please help us keep our centre looking lovely for everyone to enjoy! 🥰

We're proud to offer Les Mills group exercise classes and BODYBALANCE is an integral part of our timetable.

BODYBALANCE is a new generation of yoga class. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Instructors will always provide options for those just getting started, it really is ideal for anyone and everyone.
