What should Luca Romeo call this new move?

330LBS / 150KG BODYSLAM!!!! Not everyone should bodyslam but everyone should be able to take a body slam and do a Bodyslam. Body control, feeding, posting & basing all comes together in one for the saving payoff! LOVE IT!

A lot of people ask why BODY CONTROL is so important for wrestling?

This isn’t about flips. Simply put if you can control your body you understand how to Control other people’s bodies. Suplexes, slams, even getting in and out the ring you need to know how bodies move and how to move them! We prioritise body control across all New Wave schools and we’ve seen a direct correlation between body control and success within wrestling.

Calling on the fly! - In last nights advance session we looked at calling on the fly. Why it’s important, it’s practical applications and the do’s and dont’s. I urge every wrestlers new and old to practice doing this.

AND NEEEEWWW NEW WAVE WEST MIDLANDS CHAMPION ‼️

Last night LEO SILVA with help from Luca Romeo and Nishiki brought Jack Knudsens 287 day reign as champion to an end.

It took interference from all members of Dead Romantic, a belt shot to the head and an exposed turnbuckle to ensure the self proclaimed ‘Lost Cause’ left with the New Wave West Midlands Championship draped around his neck.

Tomorrow we bring you our final show announcement of the year!

But until then, if you were at UNDERGROUND WRESTLING CLUB last night let us know your favourite moments, chants, matches in comments below.
