Great little drill here from our mixed ability class. The drill looks at strikes, positioning and footwork all while multiple people move around the ring.

Over the last 8 months we’ve been looking for a new home for NWW West Midlands - Wrestling Academy.

We have slowly over that last 3 years out grown our 1200 sq/ft space in Longton and we’ve been looking for a space between 1600 and 2200 square foot.

Unfortunately over the last 8 months we’ve either not been able to find a unit that meets our requirements in regards to parking and/or ceiling height or when we have found spaces that meet our requirements we have been told my landlords that they don’t want our type of business at their units.

We need a bigger space to expand what we offer in regards to class sizes but also in regards to being able to offer children and teens classes.

If anyone of our fans or followers know of units or spaces in the Stoke on Trent or Newcastle under lyme area that meet the size, parking and ceiling height requirements can you please contact us via dm

Our prayers and thoughts go out to the people of Goldenhill and the surrounding Stoke areas of affected by this terrible fire.

Over the last 2 years Kidsgrove and Newchapel has become a second home to us with many Goldenhill patrons supporting us at our shows.

We’ve said it before and we will say it again and again. Body Control is so important in wrestling! If you can’t control your own body why should anyone trust you with there’s.

Suplexes, sunset flips, powerbombs all require you and your opponent to use body control. Perfect it and unlock a world of moves!
