Thursday vibes - Active Seniors 11am 🤩💪🏻
We loved the Pom Poms - a fun way to get moving and work the brain remembering the choreography 😜
We also introduced some bar work in our circuit, great effort ladies 💪🏻
Jump your body height challenge before Tuesday classes 💪🏻
Not a bad effort especially as some of us weren’t prepared and just got told to give it a go 😂 (Tom meets me at the venue straight from work) but even in her crocs, Lilah smashed it! I’m claiming second place and thanks for the inspo

Hello June! Pinch, punch, first of the month. Not sure how we are into the 6 month of the year, but here goes.
May was amazing, Silent Striders launch, Country Fit dress up week, kids half term session and some socials thrown in too! 🎧🤠🤩🥗

I have a Silent Striders session tomorrow, Sunday 31st May 7-8pm, £10 pp and everything you need is included. We meet at Pedmore Lane DY9 0RQ (Foley Pub car park) and head to the pub for a drink afterwards. If you’d like to join us drop me a message and I’ll send you all the info and book you on.

Wow! That was a hot kids fitness session, but we had so much fun 🤩 Lots of crafts, breaks and an ice lolly to keep cool, but we still played lots of games and the parachute was perfect to cool us down.
