A Good game of Rugby yesterday at Cumnock. With momentum switching back and forward throughout the game Shire were losing by 1 point with 20 minutes to go the lads dug deep. They scored 3 good tries that went unanswered. The final score was 18 - 34 to shire. Well done lads, keep it up.

After a long summer, we’re finally back and ready to get stuck into our first season in the Women’s National League! 💪🏉

Blair Forsyth made his debut in 2010 and, although he has had stints with other clubs and enjoyed fantastic opportunities with Hearts & Balls and various touring clubs, he has always found his way back home. ❤️

Wigtownshire RFC are looking for someone to provide physio/sports therapy cover on Monday and Wednesday evenings, supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of players from both our Men’s and Women’s teams.

We’re looking for someone who must have knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injuries.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in sports therapy, injury management and player recovery, while working alongside our senior playing squads.
