🟡⚫️ Solihull Moors NC 0-7 Sutton United Tigers 🐯

🎰 JACKPOT! 7️⃣7️⃣7️⃣

The Tigers hit the 777 today! Seven wins on the bounce, seven players available and seven goals as the lads produced a superb performance to overcome Solihull Moors and book their place in the Autumn Cup semi-finals! 🏆

From the first whistle, the Tigers took control and it was Josh who broke the deadlock with some lovely footwork before firing low into the corner.

Moments later, Rudy doubled our advantage with an exceptional individual goal, cutting in from the left before unleashing a brilliant strike with his weaker foot. You’d never have known! 🔥

Just before the break, some outstanding work down the right from Ben saw him deliver a brilliant cross for Caiden to volley home and give the Tigers a deserved 3-0 half-time lead.

The second half saw the Tigers take their performance up another level. Kurt was simply unplayable, producing a hat-trick of sublime goals, each showcasing his individual quality, skill and composure in front of goal. ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Rudy then put the icing on the cake, finishing off an excellent Tigers counterattack to complete his brace and round off a commanding 7-0 victory.

👏 Fans’ Player: Captain Ben, who delivered an outstanding performance from right midfield, contributing three assists and showing real quality throughout.

🏆 Managers’ Player: The entire team! To play with a bare seven and produce that level of football, togetherness and commitment was exceptional. Every player contributed and every player deserves enormous credit.

Meanwhile, Theo and Enzo continue their intensive warm-weather training camps. We hope they’re working as hard as the rest of the lads! ☀️🤣

Seven from seven, a clean sheet and a place in the semi-finals. A brilliant day’s work from the Tigers! 🐯

Up next: Hollywood United at home as the Tigers look to keep this fantastic run going! 🟡⚫️

The Tigers welcomed FOOTBALL CONSULTANT HELPING PARENTS-PLAYERS-COACHES to tonight’s training session as he looks to get involved with the junior section here at Sutton United Football Club (Birmingham) ⚽️🐯

It’s not every week you get a UEFA A Licence coach with a wealth of Category 1 academy experience sharing his knowledge with the boys and they soaked up every bit of it! 🌧️ (Pun very much intended given tonight’s weather!)

A massive thank you to Carlos! A top-class coach whose attention to the finer details was brilliant to see. Both the players and coaching staff took a huge amount from the session, and we’re incredibly grateful for his time and expertise. 👏

Just another example of what makes this such a fantastic community club. The connection between the first team and our youngest players is something really special, with everyone playing their part in helping the next generation develop and enjoy their football.

One club! 💪🏽💚🖤

🏆 Players of the Match 💛🖤

Fans’ Player — the entire team! 👏🏽
A proper team performance from start to finish. Loads of quality, work rate and togetherness across the pitch, with every boy playing his part. Exactly what we want to see from this group. 💪🏽⚽️

Manager’s Player — Rudy 🌟
An exceptional individual display from Rudy within a brilliant team effort. Full of energy, composure and quality, he stood out from the first whistle and thoroughly deserved the award. 👏🏽🔥

A really strong day for the Tigers. 💛🖤

18/10/2026

The Tigers travelled away to face a strong Boldmere St Michael’s side in what is always a high-quality encounter between two talented teams.

From the first whistle, the intensity, organisation and collective commitment were exceptional. Our shape out of possession, discipline and willingness to work for one another meant we controlled large periods of the first half.

A superb delivery from Rudy was met by Sterling to give us a deserved 1-0 lead at the break. ⚽️

The second half followed a similar pattern, with the Tigers pressing as a unit and forcing a technically strong BSM side into playing longer than they would have liked.

Another excellent delivery, this time from Ben, saw Sterling double his tally and make it 2-0.

Credit to BSM, who pulled one back through an excellent finish, but there was no panic from the Tigers. We stuck to our principles, maintained our discipline and some brilliant work down the left from Kurt restored our two-goal advantage to seal a convincing 3-1 win. 👏🏽

And perhaps the photo of the day summed it all up - the boys kissing the badge. 💚 Pride in the shirt, pride in each other and pride in being part of this team. 🐅

👏 Six games. Six wins.

Following an unexpected rebuild over the summer, this group has responded brilliantly. Six wins from six, including victories against two of the strongest sides in the age group, is a fantastic start, but it’s the manner of the performances that gives us the greatest satisfaction.

The togetherness, work ethic and understanding of what we’re trying to achieve have been outstanding. We’re incredibly proud of every player, and our two newest additions couldn’t have settled in any better.

🏆 Fans’ Player: The entire team - an outstanding collective performance.

🏆 Managers’ Player: Rudy - an exceptional individual display within a brilliant team effort.

🔜 Next up, a cup quarter-final away at Solihull Moors!

🟡⚫ Up the Tigers! 🐅
