Classes are back Thursday 8th January we cannot wait

Childrens class starts at 6.15pm
Adults class start at 7.15pm

New comers more than welcome to come along try for free for 2 months.

Current students if you want to bring friends or family I will offer you £25 off our shop or grading fee or monthly training fee when they join (following 1st months training fee).

Mimi will be at our Awards ceremony this coming weekend selling her very tasty muffins please see details below 🧁

Mimi may also have a 3rd Degree Blackbelt to receive on the ngt so let’s not leave any cakes for her to eat - the belt needs to fit 😂

So excited for the weekend!! I've hopefully🤞passed my third degree testing in Taekwondo - it is presentation night so new dress on! I'll also making some lovely muffins to entice my fellow Ninja's to donate to my Kenya fundraising. Hope you enjoy 🧁🍰🏆

We have availability on Thursdays at William Morris Primary School Childrens 6.15pm to 7pm and adults 7.15pm to 8pm

This is for all levels from beginner to blackbelt if you want to improve your fitness, confidence, start a journey with family come along for a free trial or you want to get back to training we will honour your current grade

If grading is not your thing and you would like to take part in the fitness side only this is fine too it’s always good to punch and kick a pad
