Come along to Shrivenham Tennis Club on Thursday 2nd &/or 16th April @ 6:30pm to join us in our club session. This is open to members or non members. If you are all ready a member but would like to bring a friend to a club evening or a non member who is looking for a new way to keep active then pop along and get out on court . Cardio tennis returned to shrivenhamtennis club last night with a mix of high intensity and fun workouts to increase fitness and performance. A smiley group of 8 players started with enthusiasm and finished full of smiles albeit a bit puffed! A great session 🙂
