Morning Legends, it’s Monday and here’s your timetable for this week.

A little different to usual, but still plenty to get involved in 🫡

2 Bootcamps and 1 Small Group PT session, with availability for anyone who’s been wanting to come along and get involved.

So if you've been waiting for the right time, this is it!

See you in the gym 💪🏽🤗

Another incredible fitness retreat testimonial.

Don’t just take my word for it, take it from the people who have actually been, experienced it and come home feeling stronger, happier and more motivated then ever.

A few days to fully invest in yourself.

You'll work hard, meet like-minded people, enjoy incredible food, soak up the sunshine and make incredible memories.

Come and experience one of my retreats for yourself in 2027, I have a few spaces left in April and October.

I am heading back to Dénia, Alicante to the stunning villa, just 200m from the sea front.

Ps. trust me when I say you won't regret putting an early alarm on, because the sunrises are insane

NEWS JUST IN: I AIN’T GOT TIME FOR NEGATIVE NEWS - please can you start sharing happy stories too? 🤗

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their wins with me.

There’s so much negativity in the world, I NEED TO HEAR THE GOOD STUFF TOO!

And sometimes, you need reminding that you’re doing better than you think. The things you brush off as small achievements might actually be massive steps forward... 👀

I’d love to see more of you getting involved with these posts. Share your wins, celebrate each other and spread a bit of positivity.

Because there’s always something worth celebrating, and sometimes we all need reminding of that.

Thank you...and goodbye 😅
