Super proud today having the privilege to watch Ellis’s Welsh title fight in Colwyn Bay it was really nice listening to the the lovely comments from other spectators during his fight, it’s been an awesome journey watching Ellis grow from a small shy boy into the confident and well balanced man. The result was not what everyone wanted but the fighting techniques were great entertainment and so close Ellis was definitely the challenger well done champ

Great news for ALL our students juniors and adults, the return to play document has been approved which means children in phase 2 are allowed contact training and adults in phase 1 can train from today with pad work, this is the news we have all been waiting for. It’s time to get back to some serious training again, obviously we will still be maintaining our COVID code of practice but what a great start, and as long as we are all sensible and considerate this will continue to improve, look forward to seeing you ALL back this week

Good afternoon everyone, well it looks like we’ve got the news we’ve been waiting for, at the moment it’s looking like under 18s will be able to commence training from April 12th and adults to resume from May 17th. Inless there are changes in the rules. 🤞🏻we hope you have all kept well and kept your fitness level up as much as possible, hopefully April 12th will be the start of some serious training and hopefully more social activities for us all. Look forward to seeing you all soon

Good morning everyone hope you are all well, we have had the go ahead to re-open on Wednesday, but unfortunately we cannot resume adult classes at the moment, this being the case we are going to accommodate under 18s in with the kids classes.
We totally understand how frustrating this is for our adult members, hopefully it won’t be too long if the R number continues to fall.
Once again our loyal VIP members have shown their very much appreciated support with their dedication to ACE. Please don’t hesitate to contact me on the Ace phone number if you need help with anything and to book your place for training.

We regrettably have to inform all our students once again that we have been forced to close due to the current lockdown.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our dedicated and loyal VIP members without whom we possibly would not be able to provide the training facilities for all our members, you guys not only kept going through the last lockdown but kept training through the social distancing classes, which haven’t been easy for any of us students and instructors alike.
Hopefully we will be re-opening before Christmas, will keep you informed via Facebook. If anyone has any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

WOW We are so excited to be able to say we are opening on Monday the 27th July!!! Obviously we are overwhelmed by the amount of loyalty and support from our now VIP members! Please contact Wendy on 07703515960 to book into our sessions. Please note that we will be limiting sessions to twice a week to begin with and vip members will take priority on these bookings! We will have a drop off and collection process in place to ensure all instructors and students safety!

We’re sorry we haven’t answered all your messages personally as there are so many but this is the latest info, the club has been completely deep cleaned and re-arranged in order to comply with COVID 19 protocol and government recommendations, we are hoping to re-open in July but are awaiting the go ahead from the local authority with their guidelines, we would like once again to thank our VIP members for their continued support, you can rest assured you will be contacted personally as soon as we get the ok and invited to set classes, all our other students will be kept informed via Facebook. We very much look forward to seeing you all again soon

Good morning everyone we hope you are all enjoying the tropical weather, as you are probably aware things are starting to re-open, although we haven’t had any direct confirmation about re-opening, we have prepared a protocol involving social distancing, there will be obvious changes initially, but we can do this together. As soon as we get the green light so to speak we will invite our VIP members back to set classes to start with.
