7. Swallows swooping down obliquely
8. Turn around fight the tiger
9. Pluck Lotus from under the leaves
10. Bird returns to the wood
11. Giant Roc (Peng) flies diagonally
12. Devine dragon turns its head
13. Wild Geese land on the sand bank
14. Lion turns its head
15. Swallow skims the water
16. Golden Rooster stands on one leg
17. Swallow returns to its nest
18. Peacock spreads its tail feathers
19. Push the boat with the current
20. White crane spreads its wings
21. Using a feather fan to row across the river

Sword poetry

One inch length one inch strength
One inch small one inch skilful
One inch short one inch risk

Use a short weapon like a long weapon
Attack the opponents front wrist
Avoid hard blocks
Rise like a Dragon, fall like a Phoenix
Be still in motion, move while remaining still
Launch late, arrive first
Unite body and Jian
The sword is executed by lightness, the sabre viciousness

The center of the hand is relaxed the sword is alive
The centre of the feet is relaxed the stepping is fast
The top of the head is relaxed the body and eyes become one

Mind heart and eyes are commander
Hands feet waist and groin are the subordinates
\The dantien is the storehouse for internal force
Essence, energy, spirit and courage should be abundant
Internal and external gung fu need to be practiced diligently
Only when body and sword are fused together can we say the Dao (way) is formed
