Airport reflections ✈️🌞

As I sit waiting to board my flight for our collaborative retreat with , I can’t help but reflect on what has been one of the most challenging seasons of my life.

In the past few weeks, I’ve finally laid my dad to rest, sold the family home, moved house, supported my partner through illness, and said an unexpected goodbye to my beloved dog, Zippy 💔🐾

And today carries another layer of meaning.

It is exactly eight years since my dear mum passed away ❤️‍🩹

Grief has a way of changing shape over time. Some days it feels distant; other days it sits quietly beside you.

After everything life has asked of me recently, a circuit breaker is most certainly needed.

Guiding others towards wellbeing is my passion and purpose, but I’ve learned that to continue pouring into others, I must also create space to refill my own cup… physically, mentally and emotionally.

So this week feels perfectly timed.

I’m incredibly grateful that our paths crossed, Nicola and Simon. Thank you for creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, find perspective, and remember what truly matters.

Here’s to a week of mountains, sunshine, movement, laughter, connection, restoration, and perhaps a little bit of magic 🌞⛰️🧘🏼‍♀️🌱

Sometimes the greatest act of self-care is giving yourself permission to receive the very things you so often give to others.

Current status: voluntarily spending my free time turning myself upside down 🤸‍♀️

Today I managed a few seconds of handstand hold during an incredible practice with at … and honestly, I was ridiculously proud of those few seconds 🙌🏼⚡️

What I love most about yoga is that it’s never really about the pose, the asana, the handstand.

Every time we step outside our comfort zone, we discover we’re capable of a little more than we thought.

A few seconds upside down.
A huge reminder that progress happens when we stop demanding perfection and simply enjoy the process.

The magic happened in the space between… 💫

Between the breaths.
Between the movement.
Between holding on… and softening.

Yesterday’s event at , The Space Between, was such a special evening 🧡

Together we explored heart-opening movement, nervous system regulation, breath, stillness, and the story of Garuda — the reminder that sometimes we shrink ourselves to please others 🦅

From Eagle Pose… to supported heart openers…
the whole evening felt like a chance to pause, breathe and reconnect.

These evenings are becoming so much more than yoga classes.
They’re experiences.
Mini retreats.
A reset from the noise of everyday life.

Tomorrow’s session at is a chance to step out of the noise for a little while…

To slow down.
To breathe.
To move gently, without pressure or expectation.

We’ll flow through grounding movement,
soften into stillness, and close with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

A moment to fully rest, reset, and simply be.

These are the kinds of spaces where something shifts… quietly.

Not because you force it…
but because you finally give yourself the time to listen.

There are just a few spaces left for tomorrow.
