Yesterday was a tough day.

Thank you to everyone who came and joined us for one last time.❤️

Ever since we opened our doors in 2013, we have been incredibly lucky to have had so many wonderful people walk into our gym and put their trust in us. But we are even luckier that, almost 14 years on, so many of those same wonderful people stood beside us yesterday, as we closed those doors for the final time.

You have all made this journey very special. Thank you. 💚

Gym Update❗

For those who haven't yet heard the sad news, it is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the closure of CrossFit Anam.

From humble beginnings, this gym has become more than a gym.

Over the last 13 years, it became a social hub in our community. It became a safe space and a second home for many. It became a place of connection and support and the endless encouragment allowed our members to better themselves every single day.

But above all else, this gym has created incredible friendships and we hope when all is said and done, those friendships and training partnerships remain as strong as ever for many years to come. ❤️

Whilst we've worked incredibly hard to build what we have, we're so lucky and remain grateful that we were able to bring CrossFit to this area and introduce thousands of people to the CrossFit training Methodology for the first time.

We are also very proud that there's so many people in different gyms today, both in the local community and across the globe, that started their CrossFit journeys with us and hopefully, each of those journeys will continue to thrive.

To all of our members and coaches, past and present. Thank you. It's been an absolute pleasure. We know it's cliché, but we couldn't have done any of this without the help, custom and loyal support from you all. Together, we achieved our goal to change lives every day, and we did just that! 🤝🏼

However, as the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Sadly, on that note, our last session will be on the 14th February and then unfortunately, we will be closing our doors. 💔😓

It's the end of an era and a sad time for all, but for now, we will focus on making our last few days as fun and memorable as possible.

See you on the gym floor for one final week!
