Swim School Drowning Prevention Week Reminder 🛟🌊

⚠️ Please can all swimmers in Stage 4 and above bring pyjamas to your swimming lessons next week for Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK ’s Drowning Prevention Week.

🛟 All our lessons will have a special focus on essential water safety skills and on staying safe in and around water.

We look forward to seeing you next week! 😁

Out with the Teignmouth Swim Confidence crew this morning clocked up 500meters Swimming between the Groins.
Then back in the Lido with The Fit For Sea 🌊 9 lovely lady's all giving their best to swim amoung the seaweed, heads down blowing bubbles, Frontcrawl and Breaststroke. Learning its hard to sink, while collecting sinkers, how much work our legs 🦵really do and how to use our arms 💪

Be part of a world-class event on the English Riviera this month.

If you enjoyed the atmosphere of the recent English Riviera Airshow, this is your chance to get involved behind the scenes at another major event in Torbay. Meet international athletes, gain event experience, and be part of an incredible seafront atmosphere!

Requirements for Adventures
Swimmers must be able to swim 200 meters (8 lengths of a 25meter swimming pool) continuously and comfortably in the sea

Fit for Sea - New Lido Class! 🏊⛱️

We’re excited to launch a brand-new class designed to transform your swimming skills and confidence! With Suzi’s expert guidance, you’ll learn to swim head-down, dive for a sinker, and transition smoothly from front to back and back again. After eight weeks in the pool, Swim Aquatics (Suzi) will take you out to the open sea at Teignmouth beach! 🌅
