Updates on classes this last 2 weeks I’ve been recovering from a injury 😭

All classes will return next Wednesday following chiros advice x
Apologies for any inconvenience but I’m not risking further pain or longer out of action x
No class tonight hopefully I get the ok to be back doing what I love next week 💃
