Belter start to the week. Kids, Adults, AM and PM so far. We also had a visit from Baby Reuben to the 10am class. Theres something in the water at the club this year with 5 babies being born so far.........Having a large timetable helps when fitting training around changing nappies 🙈🙈🙈

Kids absolutely smashed the first Friday night competition class. Loads of drilling and specifics and they all got stuck in. We increased the intensity and they where all up for the challenge and more importantly they loved it. This class is open to all levels and affiliates. Every Friday 17:00-18:00

Belter week at the club so far and its only Wednesday. Straight back to it tonight with juniors no gi 17:30-18:30 Fundamentals 18:30-19:00 Submission Grappling tech 19:00-20:00 and competition rounds to end the night from 20:00. Remember we've got our first kids competition class this and every Friday 17:00-18:00 with an open mat to follow. As always everyone welcome.

A massive congrats to Flows first brownbelt. Hes trained under me for many years before and has been with the club since day 1. Mat time (not years trained) is a minimum requirement at flow to be promoted and Matt has more then put his fair share in. Juggling work, family and general life he still finds time to train. Be it 6am, evenings or weekends hes in. No excuses, consistently putting the graft in. If you want it enough you can find time. "Helped" and supported by mates/club members, after a gruelling 15 minute sharktank he earned his well deserved brownbelt. (Videos to follow 🙈)

Practical, direct and no-nonsense, exactly how we like it at Flow.
We’ve still got a few places available:
£40 for Flow members
£50 for non-members (discount if there's a few coming from the same club)
As with everything at the club, all affiliates are welcome.
Drop us a message to secure your place — £20 deposit required.
We took loads away from Owen’s last visit, so when he said he was coming over again, we booked him in straight away.

Thursday night fundamentals and going in deep with our Friday comp class. Solid shift put in this week. Don't forget from next week we've got a couple of new additions to our Friday schedule. Juniors comp class 17:00-18:00 followed by an open mat from 18:00.

As we come to the start of another week and the end of another month, it's time to put the graft in.
Loads of classes to choose from and it’s down to you to turn up. Full AM and PM timetable with classes for all levels.
No excuses, get your sessions planned, get yourself on the mats and put the work in. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been training for years, there’s a place for you at Flow.
Start the week off right. Don’t just talk about training, get down and train. See you tomorrow.
