Hey, I'm Vic!

I'm a personal trainer and nutritionist based in Warrington, helping women feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their own bodies, without extremes, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.

I’m also a mum to my son, Jacob 💙
Becoming his mum completely changed my perspective on health, fitness, and life… and he’s the reason Fitmums was created all those years ago!

Because I know first-hand how hard it can be to find time for yourself, rebuild your confidence, and feel like you again, not just as a mum, but as a woman too.

Most of my clients are busy mums (just like you), juggling life, kids, work and everything in between… and just needing something that actually fits into their life.

Decide what you want to change in 2026 and then set yourself SMALL weekly goals to achieve it!

CONSISTENCY is absolutely key 💯

You may think setting yourself a target of 3 strength sessions a week, 10k steps per day and no processed food, won't get you too where you want to be......it absolutely will. Those changes alone will make a MASSIVE difference when stuck to consistently!
