✅ Successful GQA EQA Visit - January 2026

We’re pleased to share the outcome of our recent GQA External Quality Assurance (EQA) visit, which confirmed that UK Skills Academy continues to meet GQA Approved Centre criteria with a low-risk rating.

The visit recognised:�
• Strong quality assurance systems and compliance with assessment strategies�
• A robust IQA sampling and feedback process, now embedded within our Magnate e-portfolio system�
• Clear audit trails, effective assessor communication and RAG-rated quality monitoring�
• Well-structured standardisation meetings, exceeding minimum requirements�
• A proactive approach to AI evidence checks and learner authenticity�
• Positive CPD practices across our employed assessment team�
• Clean and well-managed GQA online systems

The EQA also acknowledged our readiness to scale delivery, including future activity linked to Warm Homes contracts and the potential expansion of GQA qualifications.

Most importantly, the centre was confirmed as continuing to perform to a good standard, with no sanctions and continued approved centre status.
