⚽️ U9 YELLOWS ⚽️

U9 Yellows wrapped up their season yesterday with a brilliant game against Margate Youth at The Abbey ☀️🔥

In incredibly hot conditions, both teams served up an entertaining match full of energy, attacking football and plenty of chances from start to finish 👏

The boys started brightly and looked dangerous throughout, creating lots of opportunities and showing some fantastic passing and movement across the pitch. Samuel produced one of the goals of the season with an unbelievable long-range free kick 🚀 while Herbert, Idris and George all added goals in another exciting team performance.

At the other end, there were some huge defensive blocks and important saves from Finlay to keep the boys pushing right until the final whistle 💪

Player of the Match went to Samuel for an outstanding all-round display. His work rate, determination and quality on the ball were brilliant all game, capped off with that incredible free kick ⚽️👏

Most importantly, this final game perfectly showed how much this group has developed over the season — growing in confidence, teamwork, communication and understanding of the game every single week 💙💛

A huge well done to all of the boys and coaches on a fantastic season. Enjoy the well-earned break… before the adventure begins as U10s! ⭐️
