3 weeks into my mini cut ☀️✨
2.6kg down and feeling tighter 🙌🏻
I had a break from tracking calories for a while and wanted to refocus and really push my physique again.
I’ve not drastically dropped calories. Just a small deficit of 200 kcal below my maintenance.
I’ve focused on:
Protein with every meal ✨
Eating mostly whole foods / reducing processed foods ✨
Sticking to 3 glasses of wine a week maximum ✨
Drinking plenty of water ✨
Prioritising sleep ✨
Evening steps if my step count was lower for the day - going for a walk after dinner ✨
Weight training 3-4 x a week & 1 x cardio session ✨

Your Friday reminder: the goal isn’t to be ‘good’ all week and lose control at the weekend. The goal is to create a lifestyle you can actually enjoy.
A meal out won’t ruin your progress. Missing one workout won’t ruin your progress. Giving up because it wasn’t perfect will.
The women who stay in shape aren’t perfect Monday-Friday and then ‘fall off’ at the weekend. They know how to enjoy themselves, get back to their routine and keep showing up.
