Maternity Leave Coaching Options 💻🤍✨

24/07/2026

Exactly 1 year apart. July 25 – July 26 🤍

Same person, same values, just a completely different season of life. 🥹

Last July, I was training with physique goals in mind.

This July… I’m 8 months pregnant, growing our baby girl. My body has a completely different job to do. ✨

It hasn’t been a time to chase PBs, stay lean or restrict myself. It’s been a time to grow, nourish and support both myself and our little girl. 🩷

My body has changed loads, and I can’t lie some days that’s been hard!

But my appreciation for what the female body is capable of has grown even more.

It’s so easy to get caught up in how our bodies look, but I hope this reminds you that your body isn’t supposed to stay the same forever.

There will be seasons where you’re building muscle, seasons where you’re focusing on fat loss, seasons where you’re maintaining, and maybe even seasons like this one.❤️

None of those seasons make you more or less worthy. They simply ask different things of your body.

Fitness isn’t about looking one way for the rest of your life. It’s about supporting your body through every season it takes you on. 🤍

So so excited for this next chapter 🥹🩷💪🏽

Coaching Info 🩷

I’ll be heading off on maternity leave at the beginning of August. Meaning my final intake for full 1-1 Online Coaching will be 6th July for a 4-week programme.

If you’d still like to work with me while I’m on maternity leave, I’ve created two options:

💛 Consistency Plan
A personalised coaching option with tailored workouts, nutrition targets and habits to help you stay on track independently.
Available: August–October (12 weeks) or August–December.

💻 Train With Jess App
Perfect if you’re looking for structured training without personalised coaching. Choose from gym or home programmes to keep you consistent.
Available: August–October (3 months) or August–December.

If you’re unsure which option would suit you best, or want me to explain the options further, please drop me a little message 🤍✨

A fabulous 8 weeks completed 🤍

This programme was all about hitting the reset button, stripping it back to basics, and getting back into fitness after an op.

6.4kg lost and a significant change in physique ✨

Juggling a busy family life, being a mam, working full time, and having 2 dogs means some weeks are always going to feel harder than others, but we never let that stop us.

Always focusing on consistency over perfection 🤍

My next start date for online coaching is 1st June then the 8th June 💻💪🏽
