How exciting… April’s first canter! 🥹💙

She’s been working so hard, and it’s so rewarding to see her confidence and balance developing with every session.

Today she took another big step forward, finding her canter and showing just how balanced she is becoming.

From those very first baby steps to confidently working through walk, trot, poles and now her first canter! She really is coming along beautifully! 🥰

So excited to see what the next chapter brings for this lovely little mare 💕🐴

✨ August Round Up ✨

What a busy and lovely month it’s been! 🐴 💙

August has been full of little achievements, happy ponies and making the most of the sunshine!

🐴 Helping the lovely Milo build his confidence on the ground, working on relaxation, trust and helping him feel more comfortable in himself.

☀️ Stealing ponies whenever I get the chance and making the most of the lovely weather! There’s nothing better than spending those summer evenings with the horses.

💙 Obie has been getting back to his usual cheeky self and, as he’s settled back into his routine, we’ve been able to gradually increase his turnout. It’s so lovely seeing my boy feeling himself again!

🏇 Keeping the lovely Spike in work whilst his owner was away on holiday. Always happy to spend some extra time with this friendly giant!

🌎 And April has been busy exploring the big wide world, taking everything in her stride and continuing to gain confidence with each new experience. She’s such an exciting little horse to watch develop!

Another month full of horses, progress and plenty of happy moments 💕

Here’s to whatever September brings! 🐴✨

Putting that very active brain to good use! 🙈 💙

My own Obie has been feeling rather pleased with himself after having a minor operation to remove a little chip of bone… and safe to say, he’s definitely feeling VERY good in himself!

Today was another little first! Wearing his own little bridle 🫶🏻

He took it all in his stride, as always, although I think he was far more interested in putting that active brain to work and seeing what mischief he could get up to! 🤣

It’s so lovely watching this boy experience all these little milestones, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this cheeky boy 🥰

Loved having some hacking time with this special boy 🤎🐴

After a 10-week holiday, it’s been lovely to get him back out and slowly start building his fitness and confidence back up after bruising his soles.

We’re taking it nice and steady, enjoying the quiet hacks and letting him find his feet again. It’s so nice to see him getting back to himself🥰

✨ Another April update ✨

Baby steps forwards for this little lady! 🥰💕

We’re slowly introducing April to the big wide world of hacking, starting out on the long lines before we put a jockey on board. It’s all about building her confidence, trust and understanding at her own pace 🌿🐴

She’s also been getting to grips with trotting over poles, another little challenge for those growing legs and busy brains! 🥰

So proud of how far this girl is coming along. It’s so important to remember that progress doesn’t always have to be huge, sometimes the smallest steps are the biggest milestones 💗

✨ A little look back at July! 🐴🤎

It’s been another busy but incredibly enjoyable month, with lots of different jobs keeping me on my toes!

🏆 I had the pleasure of attending The Great Yorkshire Show to groom for one of my regular clients. It was such a lovely day and always a privilege to be part of such a fantastic event!

📸 I’ve also had two clients ask for my help preparing and turning out their horses for photoshoots they had planned. One of these also involved transporting the horse to a local village for the shoot, which made for a lovely change of scenery! I can’t wait to see the finished results and I’ll be sharing some of the photos with you soon! 📸✨

🌴 I also had the pleasure of covering horses while their owners were away on holiday, keeping them in work and making sure they received plenty of care and attention while their owners were away.

🐎 I managed to squeeze in a couple of lessons, too, and it was brilliant to see the improvement from previous sessions. Watching things start to come together and seeing the progress is one of my favourite parts of what I do!

☀️ And, amongst all the horsey jobs, I managed to have a lovely little break in Ibiza! Definitely needed after a busy few weeks! 🍹🌊

Another busy month full of horses, new experiences and lovely clients. I’m so grateful to everyone who continues to trust me with their horses and supports my little business 🤎
