So excited to be posting this!!!! I have found the loveliest rooms and cannot wait to build a new community of like minded Yogis.
When I first started Yoga I found some classes to be really out of my reach, I didn't know what to do, what the names of things were, where to stand etc etc and part of training to become a teacher was to create a space where my students never felt that.
Finally come to a place of self acceptance and self love and tell myself everyday, just do Yoga!!!
Yoga is for Every Body is my mantra and I believe it and live it. Just want to create a space of love, love of movement, love of life and love of ourselves.
