Do you wish you could just simply have your own personal Yoga practice and not always need a class to go to? I am currently offering a special 3- session package, whereby I design a personalised practice based on your individual needs in the comfort of your home (e.g sciatica prone issues would mean we ensure inclusion of poses which will resolve this specific issue within your whole body-practice). PLUS you find yourself with a personalised practice for your needs at a time you want without the need to attend a class every time πβ¨π
1st session: personal assessment of what you need to work on and an exploratory Yoga session to try some things out together
2nd Session: I teach you your personally designed routine (which I designed after session 1) which you go away and practice
3rd Session: We work through the routine and check you are happy with it, smooth over any changes and plan your Yoga schedule.

Dear Yoga Community,
As summer gently begins to cool and surrender itself to the red and yellows of autumn; I am heart-warmed to let you know about our new seasons classes.
6.30pm Thursdays. Themed 6 weeks.
An opportunity to release any holding and stress in the body, reconnect through the breath, bringing ourselves into a kinder relationship with ourselves. That is, finding with guidance; our own way into Yoga. That means no 'pushing' through pain, but rather more of a turning towards whatever is there and gently being with it, to give ourselves the opportunity to relax more deeply, and bring space around whatever is here.
Theme: Mulhadara, Root Chakra,β Earthingβ
Whilst working on the whole of our body, using the power of our breath; this term we focus on Muladhara, our root, and the element of EARTH. Located at the base of the spine, symbolised by a red lotus of 4 petals, representing our centre of instincts, stability of mind and body, survival and self-sufficiency. This works on our legs; our digestion system; the adrenal glands our inner sense of security which is essential especially in the at times overwhelming narrative of anxieties around us. Itβs an opportunity to find our centre and be stable within ourselves through deeper connection and trust within.
I provide all equipment but you are very welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket. I have Yoga mats and blocks in stock if you would like to purchase one. I look forward to seeing some of you there π§ββοΈπ
Warmly, Julie
