Lauren ✨ 🌻 Progress Update
Lauren’s transformation is absolutely remarkable. She started with me at 165 lbs and checked in this week at 119 lbs a phenomenal achievement that many cannot mentally handle.
Her body composition is now in an outstanding place. Her midsection, clear abdominal definition beginning to show as body fat levels continue to sit in a great position. On top of that, her delts and arms are rounding off really nicely, creating a strong, athletic physique.
We’ve followed a very specific plan tailored to Lauren’s goals building her strength and fitness for boxing. Because of that, we’re only performing 2–3 weight training sessions per week, focusing on heavy compound movements with a sprinkle of arms on the side 😉. The rest of her training consists of boxing, conditioning, and running-based sessions to improve her performance in the ring.
What’s especially impressive is that we’ve managed to build a very muscular, athletic physique while only lifting weights two to three times per week. This is a perfect example that consistency over time is what delivers results not simply spending more hours in the gym.
Fantastic work, mate. You should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved so far. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue building on this amazing progress.

Being a dad will always be my greatest achievement. It’s my life and I’d be a shell without them chaps.
These moments remind me why I do what I do.
As a coach for busy parents, I know how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the list. But looking after yourself isn’t about spending hours in the gym.
It’s about having the energy to chase your son around a football pitch, climb trees together, kick a ball around after work, carry them when they’re tired, and still have the patience and clear mindset to be fully present.
Our kids don’t care what we weigh or how much we lift. They just want us there.
That’s why I believe your health isn’t just an investment in yourself it’s an investment in the memories you’ll create with the people who matter most.

Shaun’s current progress:
220 lbs ➝ 183.3 lbs
Waist: 104 cm ➝ 90 cm
When Shaun started, straight away we had to develop a strategy that could be sustained alongside the demands of his lifestyle.
Working 60+ hours per week while raising a family meant time was limited. The coaching process focused on building a programme around what was realistically achievable, rather than prescribing an ideal that couldn’t be maintained.
The results to date:
• 36.7 lbs lost
• 14 cm off his waist
• Significant improvements in body composition, strength, and overall health.
Effective coaching isn’t about giving everyone the same plan. It’s about understanding the individual, removing unnecessary complexity, and creating a structure that delivers consistent progress.
Sean has committed to the process, applied the plan consistently, and the results reflect that. This is what happens when evidence-based coaching is combined with consistent ex*****on.
We’re not finished yet, but the foundation is in place, and the next phase will build on everything we’ve achieved so far. Let’s keep flying champ 🤝😎

23 May vs. 2 August.
10 weeks of rebounding.
112 kg fasted today. 23 kg between these two physiques.
I genuinely feel like the growth has only just started. Strength is climbing week by week, performance is improving across the board, and now it’s time to utilise this bodyweight put the extra energy to good use and keep driving progress.
Very happy with my current position. Plan is to just keep ticking the same boxes over and over. 😎🫡
