The club founder and lead Instructor is Shaun Mundey. Centurion Self Defence and Kick Boxing promotes Fight Avoidance. We do not condone violence of any kind, be it Physical, Mental or through Social Media. Person to Person contact will only be via glove to pad work. Sparring will only be made available as students progress to the more advanced belts. The self-defence aspect incorporates what you

will learn through the Kick Boxing but focus on how to assess conflict before it escalates, how to predict the attackers first move and have the mental muscle to know what to do as a first step. The emphasis is to apply the bare minimum number of moves to get away safely. As students progress through the gradings they will learn unarmed and armed defend and escape techniques (defend against grab holds, knives and guns) as well as how to use weapons such as Nunchakus, Escrima Sticks and Tonfa’s. We have a full white to black belt grading syllabus for all members. To progress though the belts, students need to become club members. Price includes:
1. Gloves and Pad
2. Club T-Shirt & Shorts
3. Skipping rope
4. Students Club Licence
5. Club Book to record all belt gradings
6. Annual liability insurance up to £5M

Classes are paid for monthly in advance. We currently run after school clubs at local primary and secondary schools in Norwich and the Wymondham area. Classes for children from any school are held at Lincoln Hall, Hingham on Friday's, 4pm-5pm and Cringleford, The Jubilee Centre, Cringleford on Wednesday's 4pm - 5pm. We also offer private lessons (children or adults) as a means to fast track through the belts and learn the advanced techniques. Classes are either 1:1 or in small groups up to 4 friends (private groups of 2, 3 or 4 are cheaper than 1:1 too). Email or call if you have any questions or would like to book. Our Instructors are:
