I’ve been a bit MIA recently thanks to the universes curve balls but after a perfect weekend away with my little lady I’m back on it with a new burst of energy!
With only a few weeks left in 2022 now is the perfect time to reflect on the year (the good, bad and the ugly) and start thinking about what you would like to achieve in 2023! I know some people find the whole ‘New Year, New Me’ thing a bit of a cliché BUT I have to admit I absolutely love the New Year! It feels like once the clock strikes 12 on NYE we can start the year again with a fresh canvas! The world is your oyster!!
It can be really easy to go into the New Year with lots of intentions and fitness goals but it can be really hard to stick to them! The good news is this is where I can help you! You will have your own personal cheerleader to keep you motivated, on track and hold you accountable.

The birth of her daughter was a catalyst for change for New Moon Fitness founder Luisa, who always loved exercise but admits to having had quite an unhealthy relationship with it. She now exercises because of how it makes her feel rather than worrying about how she looks, and she wants to help empower women to feel strong and confident in their own skin.

We have decided to keep the pause on our Bootcamps till the New Year 🙁. Unfortunately, due to low numbers, it’s not worth us hiring a hall during these cold/wet/dark evenings. We do though, have an exciting 6 week kick-start your new year 🥳, program for you. Keep an eye out for details to come in the next few weeks.

As much as I hate to admit it we have officially moved into Autumn! I’m a huge fan of the summer and could honestly live in sunshine all year around! The change in seasons usually leaves me with dread but this year I’m going to embrace it! Autumn is the time to really dig deep and reflect, to let go of what doesn’t serve you anymore and sow the seeds which are going to add to your growth ahead of the next year.
In my Move & Connect Nature sessions we will be saying bye to the beach and hello to the autumn trees! The aim of the session is connect back in with your body, your mind and with nature. Just like the seasons we are constantly changing and growing… nature is a pretty amazing reminder of that!
So what is included in your session:
🍁 A 40 minute workout which is designed to get your body moving, muscles working and heart pumping
🍁A delicious cup of Cacao to help you connect with your body and mind
🍁A short guided meditation to check in with your body, your mind and what no longer serves you
£35 for a session or if you would like to do it with a friend £25 per person.

TONIGHT!!
From now on our Wednesday evening fitness sessions will be held at Cambridge park due to the evenings getting darker. Meet by the little car park near the Cotils entrance. 6.30pm
Sunday mornings will stay at Saumarez park as usual.
Tonight we go back to the 90’s for some nice warming cardio and some ‘bangin tunes’.
All sessions are adaptable for any fitness level with no need to book. £5.
