22nd Dec 09:00 Icart Loop easy pre Christmas run taking in the new steps at Saints on the way out. If you are kicking around, come and join us.

Icart Loop run on Sunday morning at 0900. This should help ease off the first XC of the season. Sociable pace expected.

Hi Everyone, theres a group run at Icart Thursday 2nd July if you fancy it. So....... be there for 5:45ish for a 6.00pm Start.

Everyone invited to run an Icart Loop trot from Moulin Huet 0900 this Sunday 14th for anyone who fancies a familiarisation. This will tie in with practice for the Aquathon being run by the Tri Club on the 19th June. I'm Sure we'll end up with varying ability groups but the idea would be on enjoyment.

Nice view at the bottom of Saints Steps this afternoon. Very hot but great loop.

Hi Guys. A group are meeting up at 0900 on Bank Holiday Monday for a social trot around the Icart loop. So make this an excuse to get back out on the course. Starva Hunters up front, pleasure seekers to the rear. Hopefully we'll see some extra bods.
