He is a graduate of the BSc Physical Education & Sport Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
He also completed his 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Evergreen Yoga Studios in Athens. Dimitris is a dedicated fitness professional with a strong background in sport science and hands-on coaching experience, specialized in strength training, yoga, calisthenics, mobility and functional fitness.
