Hello, beautiful people!

Turns out Hong Kong will remain closed for quite some time 😒 so why not make use of it. Let's share our practices! 🤸‍♀️ I have designed this program for people who don't want to become a yoga teacher but would still love to know more about Yoga while they practice it.



I love sharing & talking about yoga & experiences. Surprisingly, I also love learning 😜 (unlike the little me) So, let's build a community and educate one another to grow towards a healthier lifestyle. 💞

•• full body vinyasa practice ••

It's a wonderful feeling to recover from an injury and flow with the wind.

Imagine being incapable of moving and depending on someone all the time for every little thing.

Respect your body for all the coordination & cooperation to keep you active and movable.

Walk, run, climb, jump, move while you can!! Make it your priority!! Amending with age is a luxury.

•• deeper stretches ••

Continuing Hatha yoga, I took one more step forward towards deepening my practice and it is going pretty good. 🤩

Deep stretches for:
- hamstrings
- hips
- lower back

Honestly, I had forgotten how it feels to practice Hatha yoga after months of Vinyasa flows 😌

In love all over again!

•• recovery from a sprained back ••

This is a mindful practised that helped me to warm up and stretch my entire back with utmost care after I sprained my back in mid-December. Almost after a month, I was confident enough to move my body apart from my usual movements.

At the time care:
- nothing but complete bed rest
- hot water bag
- Biofreeze spray
Aftercare:
- gentle movements
- avoid unnecessary movements
- pranayama
