Concluding our 12-week back bridge build

We took benchmarking photos in week 3 and week 12 to compare the differences
Several of our members progressed from being unable to lift off the ground to successfully holding positions for 10 seconds.
Initially, some could only maintain their hold for 2 to 3 seconds, but now they can sustain it for over 20 seconds.
These are the minor victories we acknowledge. It doesn’t require a significant transformation from your previous state. Often, it’s the small nuances, such as maintaining your bridge longer, transitioning into position more comfortably, or showcasing better control over it.

This is why we work with an end goal in mind. Therefore, your training must have a clear purpose and a method for assessing it.
Merely attending and completing random workouts will not advance your fitness journey.

We like to align our workouts and goals with all of our different locations to ensure the progress is measured and we are on the same page with the way we train and move!
It also helps motivate each other when they see how other tribe members are doing in other locations and how they are progressing

RELOCATION UPDATE!
We have relocated our Kowloon Group Sessions to Hung Hom. Our group sessions are tailored to help you become stronger, move better, and increase your flexibility. What makes us unique is our personalized approach based on your fitness level. We achieve this by keeping our sessions limited to a maximum of 10 people, allowing us to concentrate on each individual’s progress.
Our 8 a.m. session is currently full, but we are looking to take on 10 new clients in November. We need to determine the best timing that suits everyone.
We are considering the following time slots:
7:30-8:30am and 8:30-9:30am
OR
8-9am and 9-10am

Work with an end goal in mind.
Over the next 12 weeks, we will be developing the following strength and flexibility expressions with our members in Tung Chung, India Club, and Lohas Park. We are currently in week 1 of this program.
We will be accepting new clients for the next 1-2 weeks only. After the third week, we will limit our intake on any new clients so that we can concentrate on the current members and work closely with them. It’s also challenging for us to integrate new members into the program once it’s already in progress. Maintaining quality and standards is our top priority. This is how we differentiate ourselves from other boot camps/gyms. Quality is greater than quantity.
However, there is a catch: we are looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of two sessions per week. Consistent attendance, effort, and progress on a weekly basis are essential for achieving results. We are seeking individuals who are proactive and take action!
After this, the next batch of intakes will be from December/January onwards. So, if you are planning to join our tribe, this is the best time to do so!

Our training system
What separates us apart from others is our structured system and adherence to the protocol for building strong, resilient clients
Everything is planned to the tee. This is why our clients get the results they get because we train with a plan. We don’t wing it. We don’t make anything up.
These are basic strengths of programming protocols that the best in the business follow and we are just filtering it down into our environment and clientele.
Our programs are split into three parts
1. Prep/Activation
This is where we prepare our body to be ready for the main part. Think of this as the starters. We prepare the important areas of our body that need waking up such as core, hips and shoulders, which are usually tight or not functioning properly for everyday humans. This is our injury prevention protocol, ensuring everyone is primed and ready for the main workout. The starters get your digestion system primed for the main course.
2. The Main Lift
This is the main dish. Each program is blocked out for 4-6 weeks. Each workout has a main dish that we are trying to get stronger for each movement pattern, whether it is lower body hinge (romanian deadlift), squat (dual racked squats), upper body push (push ups) or pull (chin ups). There is a variation for each movement pattern to allow us to build strong patterns and progressively overload the body week to week. This is where the magic happens. This is where the body grows!
3. Accessory
To ensure our main course was appetizing, we needed some dessert to let you go. The dessert is the cherry on top of the workout. This part allows us to work on weak links, isolate specific muscles relative to the main lift (example: bicep curls for chin ups, petersen step ups for squats) and minimise imbalances. The role of accessory allows us to keep the joints, tendons and the smaller muscles happy so they are firing and doing their job to assist the main lifts. You are only as strong as your weakest link!

What is bio-hacking?
Biohacking involves changing your lifestyle to “hack” your body’s biology and optimize its performance. This can include the use of technology, supplements, nature’s foods and other tools to enhance cognitive function, physical performance, lose fat or overall well-being.
We break bio-hacking into 5 pillars.

To see changes, you need all pillars to be functioning optimally. They are all interconnected. Once one goes off, everything else will follow. Example: if your sleep isn’t optimal, your nutrition choices and energy levels will feel the effects of it the next day
In the talk, I will go through the basics of changing your lifestyle in each pillar and what steps you can take to start bio-hacking your body right away. Whether your priority is to lose fat, change the way you feel or increase your physical/mental performance, this talk will give you insights into how we can become better humans simply by going back to what nature taught us and reconnecting with it.
