From Excel Pain to Pilates – Kathy
Kathy used to sit in front of a computer all day, which left her with back pain, weak legs, frequent ankle sprains, and knee pain.
In 2014, she began healing herself with mat Pilates. Later, she learned Gyrotonic, which helped her whole body relax and taught her how to use deep muscles to stabilise her joints.
Certifications:Polestar Pilates instructor, Certified Gyrotonic instructor, pre- & post-natal qualifications and teaching experience, Tibetan Singing Bowl sound therapy.
Kathy maintains that Pilates transcends age: consistent practice yields progress and slows degeneration. Her instruction focuses on body awareness, fostering proper posture, stability, fewer injuries, and increased confidence.
