ACC Asian Cup COR Competition (HKG)

The ACC Asian Cup COR competition (HKG) was successfully concluded on 2023.12.09 (Saturday). 80 athletes from SGP, THA, MAC and HKG paddled in SS, OC and SUP from Tai Mei Tuk to Shek Mun.

Congratulations to all athletes.

Basic information as follow:

The route for SS/OC is from Tai Mei Tuk (Tai Po) to Lo Fu Wat, Wu Kwai Sha Tsui to HKCCU Shek Mun Training Centre (around 23KM).

The route for SUP is from Tai Mei Tuk to HKCCU Shek Mun Training Centre (around 10Km)

The 3rd Asian Canoe Ocean Racing Championship 2023 in Phang-Nga, Thailand successfully concluded today.

Firstly, particular gratitude goes to RCAT for organising such an amazing event.

41 registered athletes from Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, had participated in 2 days' 32 Km races (day #1-15 Km and day #2-17 Km) in various categories, i.e. OC-1, SS-1, SUP.

We are happy to hear thumb up good feedbacks from participants regarding our race courses, specially designed to show the beauty nature of Phang-Nga.

The 3rd Asian Canoe Ocean Racing Championship 2023 has been kicked off today in Phang-Nga, Thailand.

Firstly, particular gratitude goes to RCAT（HOC) for organising such an amazing event.

The event was off to a smooth start, which 41 registered athletes from Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, had participated a 15 km race in various categories, i.e. OC-1, SS-1, SUP. There will be another 17 km of race tomorrow (6.17) and we will be able to reveal the final results then.

We are happy to hear good feedbacks from participants regarding our race course, specially designed to show the beauty nature of Phang-Nga.

It was a sunny morning with clam sea condition. All participants were able to enjoy the race safely with through support along the course.

Thank for the support from all stakeholders including HOC, ITOs, NTOs, volunteers, supporters, commercial support, Panyee Island, Phang-Nga Provenance, and RCAT.

In considering the health and safety of all participants against COVID-19, the Organizing Committee (Hong Kong Canoe Union) of the 2nd Asian COR Championship 2021 hereby informed the above competition to be held in HKG in November 2021 is hereby cancelled.

We will continue to promote the COR discipline in Asian Region and hope to meet you all in the next occasion.

Advance Notice

2nd ACC Asian Canoe Ocean Racing Championship 2021

Dear ACC Regions COR Friends,

Due to unexpected issues and the pandemic (COVID-19), ACC agreed that Hong Kong to replace as the hosting region of the 2nd ACC Asian Canoe Ocean Racing Championship 2021 in HKG instead of originally in Iran.

HKG is preparing the bulletin for the competition and will send to all Asian NFs in due course. Initially, the competition schedule will be between 2021.11.10 and 2021.11.13 (t.b.c.) . Please reserve your schedule and visit us in HKG when we are free from the COVID-19.

Wish to see all in HKG to share our common interest.
