During the first few years after menopause, a woman’s bone density will rapidly start to decrease.
This is a story of just one of the many women who has managed to change that.

She came to me in February last year at the age of 64 years old because she had been told by the doctor that she was in the early stages of osteopenia.
She wanted to stop or reverse this diagnosis & improve her bone density by the time she had her next Dexa scan.
