Competitive amateur paddling team based in Stanley, Hong Kong. Sponsored by Output Fitness Message us for details of how to get started.
Formed in 2006 as Stormy Dragons, Stormys grew to be a force in dragon boat racing in Hong Kong, with the women's team in particular achieving notable success. Stormys now competes in both dragon boat racing and outrigger canoeing (OC6 and OC1) in Hong Kong and occasionally overseas. We welcome both experienced paddlers and complete beginners to come and join us to train and race! It's a great way meet new friends, get fit, or just enjoy getting out on the beautiful waters around Hong Kong.

Move over, Hawaii! Our boat move team witnessed a FIRE RAINBOW π₯ π last Thursday morning. Almost made the 5am start worth it. βA rainbow without rain is typically caused by cloud iridescence or a circumhorizontal arc, which occur when sunlight refracts through tiny water droplets or ice crystals in high-altitude clouds. These phenomena are also sometimes called βfire rainbowsβ
and can be seen in moist or cold conditions, even when there is no rain.β β€οΈ
