🏌️♀️ Girls, Golf & Community at Cavan Golf Club 💙⛳️
We were delighted to recently host one of Golf Ireland’s Girls Festivals here at Cavan Golf Club.
These events are about so much more than learning to play golf. They’re about creating a fun, relaxed environment where young girls can meet others, make friends, enjoy the game and feel that golf is a place where they belong.
For many young people, getting into golf can come with barriers — whether that’s confidence, knowing where to start, or simply not having an opportunity to try the game in the right environment. Initiatives like this help break those barriers down.
At Cavan Golf Club, we’re committed to continuing to create more opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to experience golf, particularly those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to get involved.
That means continuing to run programmes, events and initiatives that put fun, inclusion and community at the heart of golf — and making sure that our club is a welcoming place for everyone. 💙
And we’re delighted to continue that work with Golf Ireland’s Chip & Chat coming to Cavan Golf Club on Thursday, September 17th, 6–8pm.
Chip & Chat is a relaxed social evening for women of all abilities, with golf, music, nibbles and plenty of opportunity to meet new people. 🏌️♀️🎶
Whether you’re completely new to golf or already enjoy the game, it’s another great opportunity to come along, give it a go and enjoy the social side of golf.
